Phuket International Airport is about 15 minutes north, while Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket in Cherng Talay are reachable in 10–15 minutes for dining and shopping; Central Festival and Phuket Town are 25–30 minutes. The trade-off is the coast: beaches such as Layan, Bang Tao and Nai Yang are a 20–35 minute drive, so this is an inland, car-required address that returns the most space-per-baht on the island.
