All 59 are fully furnished, and 13 are also listed for sale, so the same top-floor unit can be rented first and bought later.

The format buys the top floor of a condominium — a bigger terrace, better views, and a building's pool, gym and security already folded into the service charge. Kamala carries the largest cluster at 13 units around an ฿80,000 median; Surin (7 units, ฿140,000 median), Rawai and Bang Tao (6 each) round out the next tier, and the remaining ten districts hold one to five units apiece. Two- and three-bedroom layouts make up 50 of the 59 listings, at medians of ฿75,000 and ฿147,500. With supply this thin outside Kamala, a saved search still beats a one-off browse. If the count here doesn't match your dates, the wider condo rental market holds more than 2,500 units, and villas offer similar space with a private pool.
