1 Bedroom Apartment for sale at The Title Halo 1 complex · Sakhu · Pool View

The Title Halo 1 is a seven-storey completed development with a communal pool, gym, steam room, 24-hour security, CCTV, and landscaped grounds. The project carries hotel-management registration, a structural advantage for short-term rental income. Leasehold ownership is the registration method here; verify the initial lease term and renewal conditions with the developer, as leasehold renewal risk carries Supreme Court precedent (ruling 4655/2566, March 2025). Monthly service fees and maintenance charges are payable.

This unit suits airport-convenience second-home buyers who use Phuket as a weekend base, and STR investors targeting the transit-guest pool. Nai Yang's occupancy peaks in shoulder months (January–March, November–December) when international arrivals spike. Gross rental yield in hotel-licensed units typically ranges 6–9%, though May–September occupancy softens due to wind and rain. The corner-unit configuration and beachfront position enhance resale liquidity within The Title family—a narrower but proven market. Entry pricing here compares favourably to Surin or Bang Tao, and the national-park setting provides a credible differentiation argument for long-stay tenants seeking genuine beach, not resort amenities.
