2 Bedroom Villa for sale at Coco Rawai Villas complex · Rawai · Pool View

Set in Coco Rawai Villas, a intimate four-villa community on Rawai's quieter eastern flank, this property occupies 375 square metres of private land on Phuket's southern peninsula—roughly 35–40 minutes from Phuket International Airport and 15 minutes south of Chalong Pier (per listing data). Rawai itself sits 1 km inland from Nai Harn Beach, rated consistently among Southeast Asia's most scenic coves; the villa location prioritises seclusion over beach walking distance, aligning with the district's long-term rental profile rather than short-term tourist cycles.

The villa itself spans 140 square metres across a single storey with 4.5-metre ceilings—unusual ceiling height in Phuket adds spatial drama and natural light penetration. Two master en-suite bedrooms, full Western kitchen, covered parking, and a private 10×3.5m pool with direct garden access. Exterior showers open onto landscaped grounds. The property was fully renovated and is move-in ready, furnished throughout.
