This directory indexes every project with at least one available unit — primary off-plan from the developer or resale переуступка from owners. Filter by district when you know which side of the island you want, by completion stage when you're choosing between handover risk and immediate occupancy, and by project name when you arrived with a building already in mind. Sort by inventory size to surface the biggest active projects first, alphabetically when you're cross-referencing a list, or by completion year to see the newest launches at the top.

How we list projects

A project enters this directory when it has at least one active unit on Phuket with verifiable coordinates and either a tracked off-plan launch (sourced from the Alnair developer feed) or live secondary inventory we've personally vetted. We deduplicate the same building across legal-entity and listing variants — Greenview Park appears once whether the developer markets it as "Greenview Park," "Greenview Park by Sansiri" or "GVP Phase 2." The completion-status pill shows the canonical state: "off-plan" before the foundation is in, "under construction" while units are being framed, "completed" once handover documents have circulated. We don't synthesise a status — if the developer hasn't published a clear stage, we leave the field blank rather than guess. Pricing is the lowest available unit on either the primary (developer) or secondary (resale) side, refreshed every few hours; the "from" badge on each card carries that floor.

The three filter axes compose. Pick one or more districts to narrow geographically (multi-select OR semantics — picking Bang Tao and Rawai shows projects in either zone, not in both). Pick one completion stage to decide between off-plan upside and ready inventory. Type into the search box to filter by project name substring — useful when you have a building in mind. Filter changes reset to page 1; sort changes do not. The default sort puts the biggest-inventory projects first, which is also the strongest signal that a project is actively trading — small-inventory off-plans with two units left are often near sell-out, but large-inventory projects with twenty units left are where active buyer choice actually lives.
